I went ahead and registered for a free 1 week trial of SENuke, and liked it so much that I paid for a month.
I have only tried a few of the features, and am already seeing results.
Keep in mind that you have to invest some time in watching their how to videos as there is a learning curve for optimal use of this software.
Once you get the hang of it, though, it ROCKS 
I haven’t used Market Samurai much yet, as I have been busy.
Given all the recommendations – I recommend you have a look at Market Samurai if niche, ppc and other research is needed in your business (don’t underestimate the importance of good market research).
